Bioinformatics strategy for RNA-editing therapeutic programs in liver and CNS disease.
- Data-driven CNS and liver disease biology: generate biological insights for RNA-editing therapeutic programs
- Mechanistic interpretation of therapeutic response: integrate transcriptomic, target-engagement and off-target datasets
- Scientific leadership and mentoring: lead and mentor junior scientists in biological interpretation of complex datasets
- RNA-seq experimental design for high-throughput screening, model characterization and lead selection
- Support CNS discovery programs in epilepsy, Rett syndrome and Alzheimer's disease by prioritizing oligonucleotide candidates
- Apply pathway, network and statistical analyses to guide cross-functional decisions across biology, genomics, pathology and toxicology
- Develop reproducible analytical workflows in R, Python, Linux/HPC and Nextflow
- Implement FAIR data-management principles and experimental protocol tracking in Dotmatics
- Contributed pharmacodynamic and biological data analyses supporting the IND application for AX-810 in cholestatic disease
